Find the bill buried under the sale
The gas notice is in the inbox. So are forty “20% off” messages from shops that already have your money. Scrolling is how late fees happen.
What actually hides a bill
- Promotions that reuse the word “bill,” “receipt,” or “account.”
- The same company sending an invoice from one address and a magazine add-on from another.
- Cloud cleaners that auto-file before you look.
You need a pass that shows you the pile first. Bills, receipts, subscriptions in one list. Junk in another. You change a folder if it is wrong. Then it moves.
How E-Mail Janitor does it
- Basic (free) — obvious junk (promos, newsletters, social noise) after you review. Trash is not silent delete-from-the-server-forever without you.
- Pro ($39 CAD once) — organize what you keep: Bills, Receipts, Subscriptions, and the rest. Custom folders. Undo last run. Protect today’s mail until your cutoff.
- Runs on your PC. Gmail and Yahoo with an app password. We do not host the mailbox. No monthly fee.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit Intel/AMD. Not 32-bit. Not ARM64 in this build.
